Begining my IAAPA 2025 trip, Luke, Josh, Abi, and I would make the drive to Atlanta, and our first themepark stop would be FunSpot Atlanta on Friday, November 14th. This park was small, only having a few attractions, and when we made it to the park it only had 45 minutes left in the day. What we were able to do at this small and mighty park in 45 minutes was a great start to our trip.
FunSpot Atlanta only has 3 coasters, ArieForce One, Hurricane, and Sea Serpant. Unfortunatly for us, we would only get to ride ArieForce One as it was the only coaster open that day. We would go into the arcade to redeem our Season Passes, and that took about 15 minutes. This left us with only 30 minutes of ride time with ArieForce, and we decided to go ride. With us being the only people there practically, we got to ride ArieForce One 9 times in that time span. I rode it front and back, and various other seats on the ride.
To say that ArieForce One is the best RMC, in my opinion, is correct. It takes whats good about Steel Vengeance and removes the "boring" parts from it. We would stay til park close, which was 6pm that night, and had a blast. We wouldn't be able to return on Saturday after SFoG, as they closed earlier than we thought it was supposed to, so the only ride I have ridden at FunSpot Atlanta, was ArieForce. I want to go back, not only for Arie, but to enjoy the rest of the park.
FunSpot also prides themself with the motto, "Safe, Clean, Fun," which I believe they held during our visit. I spent $110 on a FunSpot Season pass, which works at all 3 parks. They do a pay-per-ride model, unless you have a season pass or all day wristband. With 9 rides on ArieForce, with $12 per ride, This bring my running total to $108/$110, so I basically paid off my pass in one visit, which goes to show how much of a value the pass is. I've attached a photo below, so feel free to take a look.
